A customer is having problems sendind intra email. This week 129 emails were bounced.

 

So I check the  bounce parameters, and its 25 minutes 100 emails block 30 mintues  and action to notifyme, but no notification was received( now i change the email addres because it was an alias) , In the reports the users that send more email are the most common bounced emails, but in a week the sent 1300 emails, but the limit is 1000 per day.

 

The throttling is :

Bounces Received per Hour
Bounces Throttling Action delay (now)

 

Does Some know how to correct or check if a rule is bouncing the emails, or how to debug to ceck the error and correct it?.

 

The modification i just did was put the ip address in white list, but I need to know more about it, how to check what is the problem whit the log , or whewre to check the problem.
