daylight saving time - wrong appointments (recurrence)

After the time change (daylight saving time) last weekend, all recurrence calendar items (appointments) are one hour too late.
 
We are syncing with ActiveSync and using Microsoft Outlook. The SmarterMail web gui displays also wrong times.
 
Please help me...
