I have 3 brands and I try to create 3 different kind of support platform but I see some limitations inner the master templates who are not by brand supported but by instance.
So tell me if I'm wrong, but I didn't have the possibility to have a different survey by brand or to have a different e-mail template by brand.
That make all of my setup rules and configuration really unusable if I can't have different survey or master templates by brand.
Do you think it can make sense for the future ?
