Global Address List - mailing list and alias in OUTLOOK GAL

Hi
Are we getting Mailing Lists and Alias in the Outlook Global Address List ?
 
I have been proposed and considered, and I don't see it declined so what is the timeline for this?
 
It is a little ridiculous having the customer logging into the webmail to find available mailing lists and send an email to them....
