Error sending email.

Hi, i am getting error while sending emails as below.  Error shows data transfer failed.  Issues appears random, not for all emails. Incoming IP is already whitelisted and authentication is bypassed.

Error "data transfer failed" remains an unsolved mystery as lot of things are involved in this, you will find various posts on this and this issue is SM related or client side related needs to be identified which is very difficult atleast from my experience.
If you are facing this from particular customer then try changing the ISP or may be changing the router if it resolves.
