How to solve sync key mismatch problems with EAS and Outlook 2016?

Good morning,
I'm using the last SM Enterprise 14.4.5801 version.
In the last days i have a sync problem on 1 of 20 outlook 2016 32 bit client configured to connect via EAS to SM.
I can see this in the log:

Every second I have this message in the log when i start the outlook client that don't sync.
All others work fine.
Any idea?

contact support and create a ticket.
 If it is the same issue I had, then they have a build for it.
