E-mail actions: Refresh

Proposed
Just a simple idea, but I think it can be helpful to have a refresh option under the mail actions menu.
 
(new folder, rename folder, ... , refresh)

Has anything changed based on your proposal?  I know that others are complaining that the refresh option is not available in SM 16 like it was in SM 15.
