SmarterMail 14.4.5787 Messages undefined loop

Resolved
after updating to SmarterMail 14.4.5787 some types of incoming messages come in loop. To stop the incessant receiving these messages have to disable the user, wait a few seconds and re-enable. what can be done to solve this?

Try 14.4.5801 which was released yesterday as there is a fix listed that may resolve it.

Seconding Nathan's suggestion that tou upgrade to SmarterMail 14.4.5801.19654. Yesterday's minor build contains several important fixes which will help all SmarterMail installations both become more secure, and resolve the issue you described.

yes resoved with 14.4.5801, we saw the update as soon as it was posted and apply ... solved, thanks Bruce
