Autodiscover method used by Windows 10 Mail application?

Hello,
 
does anyone know what method is used for autodiscover by Windows 10 Mail application? I've enabled IIS logging and only entries with POST to /autodiscover/autodiscover.xml are from MS Outlook (v14 and v15). I was  trying to use W10 Mail app on my own and it didn't fetched any server details from SM and I didn't noticed any IIS log entry for this query.

Webio, good question! We've had success when you enable ActiveSync and choose Exchange.
 
But most people will choose Other, so I'm wondering if anyone has been successful in setting this up for IMAP. Maybe the changes in the most recent update will help:
  • Fixed: Autodiscover now functions correctly for Outlook on Windows.
