Pulling my hair out on this one.
Sending from Exchange server, emails being sent to SmarterMail accounts with two attachments get bounced as a 554 Security Violation. This happens to two separate smartermail installs. The same messages sent to other servers (outlook.com/gmail etc) get delivered fine.
If I split the files into two emails, they go through fine. The files are under 50k a piece. Not sure what's happening here and am looking for some insight.
Delivery error message is as below. I'm willing to provide copies of the exact files/un-editted error message to anyone at SmarterTools who could help.:
