How to use the "SortOrder" key in "searchCriteria" input parameter when calling the GetTicketsBySearch method?

Hello,
I looked at this and it seems it is limited to 'ascending' and 'descending' as values that can be passed in.

Thank you for replying back, Ashley. But 'ascending' and 'descending' for which field exactly?
