I used the web interface and outlook was also similar. 

 

This is error of me when I use web interface send message user in domain.

As a system admin, go to Settings | Activation and click on SmarterMail Self Diagnostic.  At a minimum, please provide the SmarterMail Version and all of the System Locale Systems.  If you can take a screenshot of the popup window would be help too.

Hồ Ngọc Hải, I was able to replicate the issue of creating a meeting request in the web interface and the attendee message having corrupted characters.  This has been fixed and will be available in the next minor release of SM 14.  If you would like a custom build of either SM 14 or SM 13, please contact sales@smartertools.com and please specify the version.
