I just installed smartertrack communicator. Looks like it's very unstable software. Even small network error or something causes the crash. Anyway I got it up and working in the end.
I was hoping it will save time to log calls but there seems to be major issue. Communicator opens new call log after accepting the call, it recognize the caller number but does not find the user from database by phone. It's waste of time to find email address for customer even it's already on database.
Please improve the communicator and try to fix stability problem.
