Hi
Is there a way to disable edit/delete ticket's comments/notes for staffs (we want this feature just be active for super administrators)

Hello Sajad,
I don't believe this is currently not possible. It sounds like it could be an useful feature though. I will change this post to a feature request so that others can vote on it as well.
