We are having a slight issue. We have SM12.4 Enterprise (just about to upgrade to 13.x). We have ActiveSync Mailboxes for clients and use Autodiscovery.
The issue is that when you configure say an Outlook 2013 client by entering the email address and password for an ActiveSync enabled mailbox it does not automatically choose ActiveSync. It actually defaults to IMAP.
Is there a way of forcing ActiveSync rather than IMAP? Seems a bit backward if we can't do that as most clients are accepting the default then will complain their Calender isn't sync'ing.
Just to note, ActiveSync works fine if the profile is setup manually rather than accepting the default IMAP config.
