SmarterStats Auto Login Does not work

Hello,

I have found that the recent versions of smarter stats does not work with auto login forms. Documentation from various sources, including smarter tools kb etc. does not seem to be valid anymore.

If someone could point me to the right direction, it will be highly appreciated.

Would anyone from SmarterTools please respond to this? The statistics systems (and we have several of them) are all broken from automatic login, causing a lot of inconvenience to our clients.

The proper method of receiving support would be opening a ticket.

I'm using WebsitePanel with SmarterStats where there is autologin feature and it works correctly.
