Calendar and Agent Scheduling

Under Consideration
We are an ISP and really need a help desk with the ability to schedule tickets for our field techs. Having a Calendar that gives a very quick overview of which tickets are scheduled on which day and to which tech would be a huge asset.
 
We are currently using Kayako but would switch in a heartbeat if you had this type of functionality.

Currently there is not a mechanism in place that can be used to schedule tickets or display tickets in a calendar view.  Something such as this would be considered a feature request for future versions of the software.
