Make certain that NOTHING is touching any of the SmarterMail directories or files.

This may have been caused by an antivirus program which deleted the HDR of the message but not the body.  Now you have an orphaned file and will have to find and delete the mate to 934730822931.eml, which may, or may not, be in the same directory as the original HDR file.

Unless someone has a better solution, once you locate the orphaned file, delete it.  That's the only way you're going to clear up the error.

I have seen the exact same thing on our server just recently.  Maybe twice.  Once I find the orphaned .eml file, I open it in notepad and if it looks legit (not spam), I recreate a .hdr file for it and put it back to the spool.
No clue why it happens...

I think i have found the problem... it is actually my fault...
Spool\SubSpool9 doesn't exist on the server, i had some problems few months ago and i have deleted this folder. i was sure that smart mail will create it if he needs it.

Thank you for your answer

I've never really understood the reasoning behind needing the subspool folders. I always turn them off.

The subspool folders allegedly contribute to the efficiency of SmarterMail.
