Just upgraded to v10.2.5364 (10 minutes before the latest version was announced, doh!) and found an issue when users do a reply to a ticket.
New window opens, maximize window, and it will retain the height of the original window so the text will only be within that height.
If I first change the height of the window, drag to bottom of screen and then maximize the text will show within whole of window.
Have tested this on both Chrome and IE11 and both have same issue.
Doesn't look like this is fixed in the latest version as couldn't see it in changelog.
