Outbound Gateway for a single domain on ver 10.4

We have a SmarterMail 10.4 server running several domains. I need to set a single domain to send through an outbound filtering service and I was told this could be done by setting up an outbound gateway for the domain.  But, the outbound gatways are in the global settings, not the domain settings so I'm not sure about how to set this.
 
I saw another post regarding version 11 using priority settings but 10.4 doesn't have priority settings for the outbound gateways
 
How do I go about doing this?
I don't want any other domains to use this outbound gateway.
