My event is not triggered if the maximun frequency for the event is greater than 1 minutes

My event is not triggered if the maximum frequency for the event is greater than 1 minutes.
 
If I changed the frequency to 1 minute, everything works OK - every single minute I repeatedly receive the relevant notification as per the defined criteria. My action is set to 'Use my Notification Profile (once per item).
 
However, if my maximum frequency is 2 minutes and above, I will only receive notification for only one time. Nothing happen after the 2 minutes lapsed
 
Anyone has the similar issue?

Hello, 
        Are you still having this problem? A fix for this has been released  in Version 10.3.5409 (2014-10-23)
  • FIXED: The maximum frequency setting for an event's action could cause the event to not fire every time it was supposed to.
