How do we change the internal IP reference in "Add to Outlook" to the public IP of the server?

The "Add to Outlook" feature works fine if you just happen to be on the inside of the Mail Server Firewall, but that is not where our  domains exist. I need to be able to change the IP that "Add to Outlook" is using to the IP on the Public facing side of the firewall.
How do we do that?

This is probably a DNS issue.
