Can't find some resources translations

Not A Problem
Hi all,
 
anybody know where I can find the resource translation for "No more replies may be made for this ticket. It has been permanently closed."?

Thanks for the inquiry. I'm not certain you are trying to translate the phrase or make an edit to the dialog. You may want to navigate to the Translation path and copy the existing file. In this situation, I'll presume the name is [EN.XML].
The default location is: [C:\Program Files (x86)\SmarterTools\SmarterTrack\MRS\App_Data\Translations].
 
Inside the file are sets of variables that you can edit the phrase.  Make your change and then Save your edits.  This should be done while the SmaterTrack Services are stopped so they can be applied afterward. I would think the word 'Closed' is the best word to search for in the file ?

I my case I already translated all en.xml to Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR.xml) but I couldn't find a resource for this text. It appears in the bottom page of any ticket in my portal.
