Email Blacklist should work for "Surveys" too

I know we can add email addresses to the Autoreply blacklist, so those addresses don't get autoreplies from our ticket system.
 
But there doesn't seem to be a way to also blacklist addresses from receiving a survey.
 
We deal with lots of 3rd parties who also have a ticket system of some kind, and each time we close their ticket they get a survey and then we get their autoresponder, etc. and this goes in a loop each time we close their ticket.
 
I suppose the only current solution is to have to delete the email instead of close it, but we're in the habit of keeping everything documented so we don't delete tickets.
 
 
The autoreply blacklist should just have the capability of working for BOTH autoreplies and surveys.
