Hello,

New Enterprise installation (10.1.5529) running into the following error periodically from remote agent (Windows 2008 R2 x64 with 71 IIS sites):

SmarterStats: Server "RemoteAgent-ServerName" could not be contacted. This occurred while updating the site list. Error was: The device is not ready.

Any advice?
