Why is compose field gray with bullet points?

Unanswered
Nobody in our small office can send emails today. The compose field is all gray and has bullet points running up and down the left side, with the words:
  • Font Name
  • Real font size
Same problem with Firefox, Chrome & Explorer.
We're using version 10.7

Hi Sarah.  Can you try deleting your browsers' cookies/temporary internet files, and then re-open your browser and test again?
