SmarterStats Professional 9.0 reports won't load

I have just upgraded to SmarterStats Professional 9.0 on a windows 2003 server.
 
It looks like everything is working except when I try to view a report.
 
It just freezes with the Generating report...
 
It looks like the activation worked but when I try the Self Diagnostic I get the following errors Failed https to activation page & Failed Activation ECHO A0
 
I am not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
 
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Did you find any solution to this?
I'm having the same issue on SS Enterprise and no errors in Self Diagnostic.

Thanks for the information. Can you confirm what the Application pool Managed Pipeline Mode is set to ?  If you have 'Classic' then please change to 'Integrated' and try the reports again.
