Stop errors in Event Viewer

This happens constantly and i want to know if there is a way to make it stop logging everything to Event Viewer.  I know i can setup filters and everything, but it would be much better if it just didn't happen or i could find a way to "fix" whatever the issue is.  it doesn't seem to hurt any users or anything, it's just an annoyance because there are 100's of these things.  here is what i see (obviously with certain information redacted):

The same with SmarterTracker 9x, this will create timeout for the notification to be sent to customers.

The IIS need to be restarted few times per day, then the notification will go out.

Any advice from the support team?
