Dear all,
l try to uninstall old version of smartelmail version 13.0 and reboot the os.
and then install new version 13.1 not error code during installation but l cannot open my smartelmail it pop up error http 505.
l try uninstall again and reboot and install again the problem still the same.
finally l try to uninstall again, reboot and install version 12.4 ... work.
anybody facing the problem........
