Some companies may want to display an announcement, such as a welcome message or other important info, to customers visiting their portal. This customized message appears under the Home header in the main area of the portal's homepage.
Follow these steps to add a custom welcome message to the portal:
- Log in to the SmarterTrack management interface as an administrator.
- Click the settings Icon.
- Expand System settings and Organization folder in the navigation pane.
- Click Brands in the navigation pane.
- Select the desired brand and click Edit.
- Click the Announcement tab.
- In the Announcement field, type the desired message.
- Click Save.
